You can attract people to your application just by taking a better approach than someone else. You need to make sure that the engine running your app is strong and efficient. You wouldn't want people to run into a bunch of glitches. It's important that everything goes smoothly. Chances are you may not be a developer. You can outsource this job to someone else if you feel that you can't do it up to standards. This is the most important part of the process, so you need to make sure that it gets done properly. It would be worth the money you paid someone to do it, or any time you spent learning how to do it yourself.

Utilize your Network:

Avoid spamming your friends about it; just send a polite message informing people that you made it. People will most likely find it interesting that you created an app, and your contacts will probably start using it. This will end up attracting some of their friends, and so on.
