What is the real secret to being able to make money fast? You are no doubt constantly bombarded by pitches for the newest, can't fail, only two hours per week, even a 12 year old can do it, get rich quick schemes. You know in your heart that they really don't work but the Guru's have a compelling tale to tell, and if you just purchase their latest product the secret will be revealed. This product will only be available for a limited time and only for a select few ( you, and a few thousand others), so act fast. You won't have to work very hard at all because they have cracked the code to making millions, and will share it with you for only 47 dollars, because they care. Then they will disappear, only to turn up again when they have another 'secret' to share with you. So to get back to the original question, are there really secret techniques that will allow you to make money fast on the Internet?

 

The simple fact is that a large number of of these Guru types promoting their secret systems are basically re-packaging the same old information, and just sprucing it up with nice artwork, hypnotic sales letters and videos. A few of them actually are earning a great deal of money, but not necessarily because of the methods and techniques they are offering you in their course. Virtually all of their profits comes through the product sales of the program and not from employing the actual methods taught in the course. Now there are exceptions to the rule certainly, and I will cover that further on, but first we must deal with the issue of whether there really are insider secrets to Internet success.

There are no real secrets. Everything you need to learn is available-usually for free, and sometimes for a reasonable price, but it is all available. The only true secret lies in being able to sort through all the nonsense and rubbish and just basic bad information that is out there, in order to find to what truly works. This is actually an exceedingly straightforward concept, yet a difficult one to put into practice, particularly when you are usually bombarded every day with promotions for the latest and greatest new products. Which brings us to the following basic principle.

Narrow your focus. This particular one comes from Kelly Felix, founder of The Rich Jerk Empire. Start off by simply unsubscribing to every single Guru's email list, or newsletter, which arrives in your inbox. You will not be in a position to complete any one thing well if you are continually checking out the latest trend or top secret product release. You will go crazy with all the information overload . Admit it, your computer is already filled with e-books and products which you have never done anything with and which unfortunately have never made you any money. Quit wasting your energy in those forums too. By all means perform your due diligence, and then select a single Guru or approach having a established track record, and then simply adhere to that strategy alone. And this takes you directly into success secret number three.

Find yourself a mentor. There is no better and quicker way to become successful at something than to copy the techniques and strategies of one who has already accomplished that which you are striving for. You need not actually ever meet your mentor. Just find them and follow in their footsteps. Can you see the extreme value in being able to look over the shoulders in real time, and interact with two Internet Marketing giants who have each created multiple seven figure online business from scratch? Talk about shaving time off of your learning curve! If you can find successful person to mentor you and show you what they are really doing you will be far ahead of the curve and you should grab the chance.
